Role Description

Working with the Hong Kong office manager, you will support local administration and teams in other offices in the Mojo network around the world

HR

  • Supporting HR works from hiring to exit
  • Keeping company handbook up-to-date
  • Researching market Salary baselines and adjustments in Hong Kong and other markets
  • Keeping up-to-date on HK labour laws and compliance
  • Supporting recruiting and talent search
  • Other administration works as required

OPERATIONS

  • Office management and environment improvement
  • Equipment inventory and insurance tracking
  • International office liason
  • Managing junior/contract admin staff
  • Annual report preparation support
  • Other administration works as required

PA to DIRECTORS

  • Travel booking with online tools and travel agents
  • Schedule management with online tools
  • Document management support with online tools
  • Other administration works as required

Personality Qualities

All Mojo team members are 21st century leaders

  • At least Higher Diploma in business administration
  • At least 1 year work experience
  • Able to multi-task
  • Works well under pressure
  • Interested to learn new skills
  • Wishing to work in an international environment
  • Native Cantonese speaker with working proficiency in English and Mandarin
