WHO WE ARE

An international O2O communications agency that lives in the crossover between strategy, experience design and marketing. We focus on the development of innovative strategies, products, marketing campaigns and O2O brand experiences. From captivating interactive apps to highly stylized videos to mind-blowing retail spaces, our creations mesmerize your audience and encapsulate your brand. We are expanding our studio in Hong Kong and seek new team members in creative and operations roles. We work with clients from around the world through our network of offices in China, India, Mexico, Korea and Japan.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES

• Exposure to basic user research techniques such as user interviews, usability testing, as well as a solid understanding of how to incorporate insights from user research into the user experience design process
• Solid skill of turning ideas into presentable concepts. Developed use cases, user experience journey, storyboard etc.
• Created sketches, mock-ups and/or wireframes for every element of the design, ensuring they comply with requirements and written design documentation
• Experience stabilizing the interactive structure and flow between users and application interfaces (desktop, web & mobile apps)
• Understanding of defining how business needs and product requirements are met by an interface through navigation, framework, and basic UI design


INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE AND TEAM LEADERSHIP
• Joining a team as a senior designer, work with cross-disciplinary team
• Primarily response for invention, defining the concept direction, and generating ideas toward fruition
• Designed and project managing design projects; working with your manager, design team members, and engineers to prioritize your work
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, and ability to grasp complex, nuanced product requirements

WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• A love of design, curiosity and learning, who embraces collaboration, and is fun to spend time with. An undeniable passion for creating great user experience that solve real user problems
• University Degree in in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors (CUA™), related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience that includes designing commercial productivity applications for the web, desktop and mobile
• Strong portfolio featuring design work that showcases information architecture, interaction design, information design, visual design, and mobile design skills
• An undeniable passion for creating great user experience that solve real user problems
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, and ability to grasp complex, nuanced product requirements
• Proficiency in English and at least one other language from the following (Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese)
