Role Description

Working with the MOJO Japan general manager.

Working in a Japanese (in Osaka and Tokyo) and international team with colleagues in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Barcelona and Mexico City.

Office Admin

  • Track and buy office supplies 
  • Keep office space clean and tidy
  • Manage in/out mail with support from Office front-desk staff
  • Book meeting rooms

 

PA to General Manager

  • Appointment booking
  • Email response

 

Project Administration

  • Provide admin support to Japan-based project teams

 

Accounting (working with Company accountant)

  • Track cash expense in office
  • Prepare invoices in online system 
  • Data input into online accounting system 
  • Prepare taxation document
  • Go to national tax office to pick up necessary document

 

Payroll (working with company account and HR advisor)

  • Calculate monthly payroll including withholding tax and social benefits 
  • Make payments at bank

  • As needed

Personality Qualities

All Mojo team members are 21st century leaders

  • Business management diploma
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an international office
  • English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent TOEIC 820/ EIKEN Grade 1 ) 
  • Living in Osaka city
  • Able to Multitask
