Role Description

Your will run the operations work at our Osaka office, working closely with office managers from other Mojo studios

  • Managing HR Process and Policy from hiring to exit
  • Keep Japan company handbook up-to-date and communicate to staff
  • Setting salary baselines and adjustments
  • Disciplinary policy and promotions
  • Setting statutory Japanese Tax, Pension and insurance compliance
  • Keeping up-to-date on Japan labour laws and compliance
  • Leading recruiting and talent search
  • Other administration works as required


  • Office expense and cashflow management
  • Cross-charging management with other offices
  • Office management and environment improvement
  • Equipment inventory and insurance tracking
  • International office liason
  • Managing project/contract staff
  • Annual report preparation support
  • Other administration works as required

Personality Qualities

All Mojo team members are 21st century leaders

  • At least Higher Diploma in business administration
  • At least 6 years experience in an office management role in Japan or in a Japanese business
  • Works well under pressure
  • Wishing to work in an international environment
  • Japanese native speaker with proficiency in English
