• A strong portfolio of work demonstrating problem-solving approach across diverse design and strategy tactics
• Experience of research and moderation of user testing
• Ability to perform analysis against available business intelligence
• Responsive digital and mobile experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Analyze requirements and plan UX strategy accordingly, identifying tactics that will help to solve problems and add most value to our projects
• Research and production of UX / Design deliverables such as persona development, graphic media design, reviews, information architecture and wireframes

• Prepare project plan and obtain management approval for the same
• Assure all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities
• Apply project resources according to the approved project plan and establish clear priorities among project activities
• Keeping updated on the latest trends in culture, media creation, design and communication
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure timelines and data is accurate
• Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light
• Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance

• Present creative work rationale and result
• Able to swiftly move between client needs and team management
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
• Plan approaches and pitches
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
• Participate in pricing the solution/service

• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

• Specific work experience in one of key verticals (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Government/Public Service, Media and Entertainment, Art/Culture, Education)
• University Degree in Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing Design
• At least 6 years working experience including international client work
• Proven experience in some/all of the following:
• Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign; AfterEffects, Premiere, FinalCutPro, Keyshot
• Team management and Design Marketing
• Client and Business communication and management skills
• Proficiency in English and at least one other language from the following (Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese)
