WHO WE ARE

An international O2O communications agency that lives in the crossover between strategy, experience design and marketing. We focus on the development of innovative strategies, products, marketing campaigns and O2O brand experiences. From captivating interactive apps to highly stylized videos to mind-blowing retail spaces, our creations mesmerize your audience and encapsulate your brand. We are expanding our studio in Hong Kong and seek new team members in creative and operations roles. We work with clients from around the world through our network of offices in China, India, Mexico, Korea and Japan.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES

• Exposure to basic user research techniques such as user interviews, usability testing, as well as a solid understanding of how to incorporate insights from user research into the user experience design process
• Developed use cases, user experience journey, storyboard etc.
• Ability to produce elegant and easily understood sketches, diagrams, process maps, functional prototypes and wireframes on paper and using a tools like as Axure, Balsamiq etc.
• Experience stabilizing the interactive structure and flow between users and application interfaces (desktop, web & mobile apps)


INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE AND TEAM LEADERSHIP
• Joining a team as a junior designer, work with cross-disciplinary team (people from marketing, retail, media design, technology etc.)
• Keeping updated on the latest trends in design, UX and communication
• Taking part in internal and client-based design activities

CLIENT COMMUNICATION
• Present creative work rationale and result

WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Commercially aware, able to synthesise information, extrovert, disciplined, open to new ideas, able to multi-task, problem solver
• University Degree in in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors (CUA™), related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 years UX & visual design working experience for business or media agency environment
• Strong portfolio featuring design work that showcases information architecture, interaction design, information design, visual design, and mobile design skills
• An undeniable passion for creating great user experience that solve real user problems
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, and ability to grasp complex, nuanced product requirements
• Proficiency in English and at least one other language from the following (Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese)
