Role Description

Working with Directors to drive business growth and client relationships.

Lead Generation

  • Develop domestic, inbound and outbound business (focus on Japan-Taiwan business)
  • Analysis and acquisition of new business
  • Setting quarterly sales KPIs
  • Working with business growth producer and project teams to develop effective sales tools

Client Management

  • Working with existing clients to build long term relationship
  • Project and service innovation with clients

Personality Qualities

All Mojo team members are 21st century leaders

  • At least 10 years experience in a new media/agency business development role
  • Proven business network in Japan
  • Able to multi-task and works well under pressure
  • Experience with sales automation and online tracking tools
  • Experience working in an international business environment
  • Native in Taiwanese Mandarin and English and at least one other language from the following (Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese)
